What data is collected
When you submit the booking form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. This data is used only to reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment.
Where the data goes
The booking form runs through Netlify Forms — submissions are stored in the Netlify dashboard and forwarded to us by email. The map on this site uses Google Maps, and the typefaces are served via Google Fonts — loading these means your browser (and IP address) connects directly to Google's servers, as is standard practice on sites using Google-hosted resources.
Cookies
This site does not set its own tracking or analytics cookies. The third-party services above (Google Maps, Google Fonts) may set technical cookies under their own policies — see their respective privacy policies for details.
Retention and your rights
Form data is kept only as long as needed to arrange and complete your appointment. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your data — contact us at the email address above to exercise any of these rights.
